Hey - its really simple. KR does not provide milk or cider, therefore it must be privately owned. The milk was in the fridge, sealed (there was a bottle opened, but it seems those intent on taking other people's stuff feel some urge to use unopened items).
I don't know what is missing from this - it is patently obvious. A purple sticker will have no effect if a sealed bottle is violated. How about if we suspend talk for the time being until Luis weighs in on things?

If a 3 page-long post, multiple announcements at opening ceremonies over multiple months, and a large label on the said item that says "LUIS" doesn't do it, a purple sticker won't either.
Someone is just being inconsiderate, and sadly, no amount of labels will stop that.
At this point we're beating a dead horse. Everyone on the Kitchen Staff, as well as most of the game at this point, is well aware of the situation, and short of having someone keep an eye on the fridge for 48 hours straight, there's not much more that can be done. The Kitchen Staff are not there to watch over someone else's personal belongings, nor should they be.
I'm locking this thread, as at this point the horse is beyond a fine red mist, and further discussion serves no point.

Arlington: "Huzzah?"
Brother Germaine: "You know, the enemy that has menaced us for over a year and murdered many of our friends? He's dead."
*a couple of nods*
Arlington: "I believe you can attribute our subdued response to the fact that we're eating bacon."
Brother Germaine: "You have bacon?"
