Rules Clarification: Flesh to Stone

A key phrase in the Earth spell has been clarified to read "It requires Strength +6 to be able to move a normal humanoid converted to stone."  The previous wording implied the being that was turned to stone could move if they were strong enough (despite the wording above it saying movement, speech, and thought were impossible...).
