Dec 17 - 19 work weekend at Camp Sac was created by Gallion
We will be holding a work weekend at Camp Sac on 17th - 19th of Dec. Anyone who wishes to come, please bring warm clothes in case we do anything outside, and also clothes that you can get paint or dirt on. I will post more specifically what projects we will be working on in the middle of the week. Saturday will be the major day, but we will also be working on some things on Friday and Sunday.

Below is a list of things we will be working on over the weekend. There will likely be more added by the weekend, but this is the initial list.
List of projects for Camp Sac Work Day
- Rake Stone up to Inn Porch : The grade has deteriorated over the years and has caused the last step to be very steep.
- Cement/Level last step on Inn Porch: The last step is warped and needs to be leveled off to avoid further ankle twisting.
- Trail Maintenance: Cut back the trails, collect loose and dead wood, cut back areas that overlook the lake and pond to increase year round view.
- Clear out large room under the barn: Boats and other stuff need to be removed. In addition the garage connecting to the room should be cleared out and reorganized and prepared to be turned into in-game space.
- Clear out Basement of Inn: Clear out and prepare to be turned into in-game space.
- Insulate Logistics: Begin insulating logistics with the pink foam that used to lower the inn ceiling in the winter months.
- Stain/Paint Wood bunks
- Stain/Paint all Benches and Tables
- Paint upstairs rooms of the inn, as well as the downstairs bathroom and side rooms.

Of course! Every Inn in every Fantasy setting is required to have a basement, complete with missing wine bottles and giant rats.

A crude basement, with lots of [strike]shit[/strike] [strike]junk[/strike] stuff that needs to be removed currently occupying it. That job calls for [strike]weak minds[/strike] young backs to do it.
Thursday, tomorrow, Luis and I are going up to do some work. If anyone has a pick up and would like to relocate some wood after I saw it into 18" chunks, it would be appreciated. There is quite a bit lying around from my last trip.

You know, I would definitely love to help out but the only day I would be available is Sunday, and then I have to go back to school.

Luis and I will be there Friday. Ron has a chainsaw, and I will be bringing loppers. I will probably work outside for an hour or two, then inside. Lots of wood already cut, and more will b e done.

I'm still a little up in the air on when I'm going to arrive. No matter what I have to work Saturday morning. So either I'll come up Friday evening, go to work, and come back after; or I'll just wait and avoid the extra driving.
