Food for Moresca Ball

I am coordinating the food for The Moresca Ball.  If you are committing to bringing a dish, please contact me by message and I will compile the list here.  As per the posting, cold dishes get 500 SP and hot dishes get 1 build (there is a limit of one hot dish per person).

Like Last year, can we send items if we are unable to make it?

Yes - if a cold dish I will credit you the SP when I next see your card.  James needs to sign off on Build, but I will note a hot dish on your card if you get one to the Ball.

So if I send a hot dish with the guys I can still get the build?

How do we know how much to bring?

Generally try to bring enough to feed 20 people min. Its a potluck so more is better.

Im officially bumping this myself as well.

Charlie is occupied at the moment and so we need to start from scratch with this. I need people to post what they are bringing here for me, (if they have not already done so) and I will compile it into a menu.

Everyone please step up to the plate if you can. Remember not only build and SP are being rewarded, but also my personal appreciation and the appreciation of all those who aim to enjoy the ball and all it has to offer. Please comment here with your dish you aim to bring and I will edit the menu on Monday, and one last time again on Wed.

I'm going to try to send with my brother some vegetarian spaghetti  sauce and some spaghetti squash.  The sauce is from me and the squash is from my brother.  Also might be able to send some bread, not sure about that one yet though.

I'm bringing food as well, I don't know what yet, but at the very least something vegetarian (hot dish) and probably a dessert.

Like it says on the first post I'll be bringing my turkey meatballs in gravy, but I can also bring a couple loaves of honey beer bread, since I find myself with extra bottles of honey lager.

I will be bringing pulled pork.

I'm bringing Vegetarian Chilli and Fudge.

I will be bringing Beef Ziti and a cheesecake...of sorts...haven't decided what kind yet

I did send Charlie a pm, but as its not there, I will be bringing a tray of empenadas (hot).

I am aiming to send Brownies or Cheesecake up with Walter to the ball. No promises as Work seems to think its funny to call me in on my days off.

[strike]Due to recent circumstances, it seems 99% likely that I will be unable to attend the ball. As such, unfortunately there will be no Truffles or Shepherd's pie from me. I'm sorry everyone.[/strike]

James I already sent you my PM, but should probably make it official by posting here, despite how late it is. Obviously you are more than free to remove my post if you feel it is too late. I will be bringing several loafs of French and/or Italian bread, and some spreadable butter and/or margarine. If I can find butter packets, that might be better.

I also might be bringing some chocolate cream pies, but it looks like there is a ton of dessert products already being offered. So I am not sure if I will be bringing those or not.

If it's not too late, I'm going to try to bring a savory cornbread.
