DREAMATION 2013: Volunteers needed for Sun. Night

Each year at DEXCON and DREAMATION, there's a break-down process that happens on Sunday at the end of the convention, and we load up a truck full of gaming stuff and send it home.

This year, we're being smart, and planning ahead.

I need two volunteers who are willing to stay late on Sunday of the convention (Feb. 24th), until about 7 PM or so, and help load the truck. You'll basically start breakdown at about 2ish, and have wheels to move things to the hotel's loading dock, where a Staffer (likely Diane) will help you pack the truck.

In return for doing this, the convention will cover your badge for the full event. You don't have to work during the con itself (unlike other volunteers), you just need to bust your ass on Sunday alone.

If you cannot commit to doing the full thing on Sunday, please do not volunteer.

Access to the Staff Suite comes with volunteering, so you get food. The only thing we cannot cover is crash space.

We're set on official volunteers, but if more people want to help, stick around. Diane or I will give you SP for helping the convention. (Don't forget to help James, too!)

For anyone who still wants to help out at the con for a free badge, Con Suite is in desperate need of staff. (Con Suite is the big room with the snacks; basically you refill the chip bowls and make sure people don't walk out with bottles of soda under their arms.) The total required hours for a free badge if you're there every day of the con is 18, but I can do badge discounts for fewer hours, and of course fewer hours are required if you're only going to be there for a day or two. Also I'm pretty sure I've managed so far not to schedule anyone over an event they really wanted to go to
