PM System Upgrade (EDIT: Working again!)

While I missed the January 2019 event, I took the opportunity to do some maintenance on the website, with JP's approval.

The PM system has been upgraded / replaced, with a more modern system that is built on the same code as Groups & Profile system (aka Community Builder). The old system was approaching End-Of-Life, and needed to be replaced as the rest of the site's software moved forward.

All of your messages should be migrated to the new system. The new PM system has a better, WYSIWYG editor, and some other new features, as well! Please give it a test, and post any issues you find below.

So it turns out there's a bug with the new PM system - it doesn't let you send new PMs. They say they go through, but there's no record of them on the other end, or in the system.

The tests I ran on the test version of the site worked, but something on the live website is messing things up. I'm working with the developers of the system to fix this ASAP. For now, please do not send new PMs - your old messages are still there for reference. (System Messages, for joining groups, work fine.)

Note to software devs: make sure your tool tips and labels say what they should actually mean.
