marshmellow x-bows was created by Bladesworn
hickoryarmsonline.com

They have 12" long mini-corssbows that have a < 5# (lb.) pull and fire mini-marshmellows as ammo.  Just add a pistol grip and you have a hand crossbow!  :o  Take some foam & heavy tape... and turn them into small bolts and there you go!

Not to mention that Packet Archery is not allowed at KR... although the Wicked *do* fear light, fluffy and wholesome Marshmallows.  Try getting one out of your scales / claws / hide!

I thought packet archery was allowed by at a severly reduced damage. (2 I believe instead of 8)

I thought the same thing.  Packet archery is only 2 damage and you only need a phys-rep bow.

As for the power of marshmellows... 2 words for you.

You are correct, it's Nerf we disallowed.  There was once discussion of dropping Packet altogether, but it didn't go through... sometimes, it's hard to remember what was passed and what was canned.  ???

You want it to hurt, you get some of those marshmellow bunnies, let them sit open somewhere dry for a few weeks, and now you have projectiles.

What's more, if you're hit by a marshmallow bunny, you take an automatic Pacify effect.  Who can stay mad with those things around?

I actually would think the damage of being hit by a marshmellow would be so much ego damage, that most folks would just keel over and die from it.  What would you do if someone shot you with a yellow peep from a hand crossbow?

I am seeing about getting 2 of these crossbows and setting them up with pistol grips.  That way, I can go leaping through the air, with 2 hand crossbows blazing!  :D  Get some John Woo action going at KR.

I would have a delicious, delicious snack.

As for the Peep-crossbow, I believe that this could very well start a revolution.  I can see it now: Peep-blades, Peep-axes, maybe even Peep-chucks.  The possibilities are endless!
