Hey Tommy, of all places, Museum Replicas makes well fitting, quality medieval shirts for around $40.00. Most tailors will tell you to jump on that. In addition, ebay has some good stuff, although it can be a gamble.

Canada Kate makes somes awesome costuming. I dont know how open to commisions she is, but she made Jon's new costume, the costume she wore to the Ball, and other stuff. Its all very well made, so I suggest contacting her.
