Snow day

yes  no work

Im gonna stay in and drink and ...um.. drink all day.

Work in some exercise. . . play a video game. 

Dont tell me what to do.

I'll do what I want.

Lucky.... I had to drag my hung over but into work.

But they're letting us leave early so its not all that bad.

Yeah! I snow. I also happen to somewhat involved in the snow removal business.

much needed day off... insomnia hit me hard today still not sleepy

I'm kinda sad because it's not going to be great outside tomorrow and my drivers' test is scheduled for that day. I really really hope they're not gonna close. 

Good luck on your test Emily.  If anything goes wrong, you can blame it on the snow.

See this is one of the drawbacks of living in the south.  There is a promise of a snow storm and maybe some ice.  Well sitting in work for the last 6.5 hours has told me that once again we are disapointed.  I think I'm starting to forget what a real snow storm even looks like anymore.

I don't have school or work or anything, but I do seem to have the plague.
Today is awesome.

Also, driver's tests can go very well when they can't see the lines on the ground!

good luck on the test emily! and living in the city we have people clear the roads and sidewalks for us. they are caled garbage men and doormen!

Slept late, let the demon dog out for a run and had a nice dinner.  Schools were closed, so DSWW slept late as well.
Friend came over to visit.  Foolishly tried to drive her car up the driveway.  I say foolishly because it is a 94 Camero.  Denise's name is now entered on the Wall of Those Towed, which now number well into double digits.  Need to get a bigger tractor.

Wasn't that the reason for getting the current tractor, DSW?  i.e "It's bigger..."

... i hate the snow...

This afternoon I will make a few sledding runs down the driveway and see if I can make the sharp turn at the bridge.  The older I get, the better my technique becomes the greater the thrill, and the longer to heal.  The sleet that covers the 3" of snow for a depth of another inch or so will make things interesting.  Would have been a great weekend for an Event.  Snow makes tracking easy for everyone.

I frequent scenario style paintball games all over the place and when it snows its always a blast.

Usually its me and 3-4 friends playing offensive scouts with our radios. Walking in eachothers footprints, picking off the poor saps that wander off to take a leak.

I didn't get to take my test today, as my mother had accidentally switched the insurance card from that of our other car. It was a bit of a drive to the place, and we had no time to go back and switch them.

Maybe one day I'll get to drive...one day...

That happened to me the first time, but we were pretty close so it wasn't a huuuge deal.

Did you reschedule, at least?

also when you go back, make sure your car has a hand brake in the middle console.

im not on top of  PA laws but thats how it is in NJ.
