coming from someone raised by chefs, (they have the degrees to back it) that is brilliant.

You go through all that effort to make a bacon cup and you fill it with leafy greens?

Such a vessel should be respected with an equally mighty filling. Such as cake, or icing. Or a stick of butter.

I'm not sure if I could fill a bacon cup with something sweet. Can't imagine that going well. Instead I think it should be filled with more meat. Maybe a bacon cup filled pepperoni slices or meatballs would be more appropriate. Or you could keep it breakfast oriented and fill the bacon cup with some scrambled eggs. You could get a whole breakfast in one mouthful.
