I feel silly saying this, but just because it's no longer a big story doesn't mean that there are still people there that need help!

Unfortunately, what Haiti needs is reforestation, coupled with rebuilding with steel reinforced concrete. I still gave for humanitarian reasons, but I feel like all that is being done is rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic.
