What lead you to believe it's an alt event?
It's not specified as an alt event, so I'm pretty sure it's a regular festival event. James should share more soon after he's back from Dexcon, I think.

None - the only Alt events have been the Anniversary events once a year in the Spring, which were full weekend events.
There will be an OOG Camp Day on Sunday after the Festival, details will be forthcoming.
