There's a motel near by the Moresca Hall, that is not the most fancy thing in the world, but is very, very convenient:

Note that this is a new website address, the old one was apparently hijacked / lapsed when ownership of the motel changed.
It's only 8 or so rooms, so make a reservation quickly!

They've been consistent since 2009. That change happened the week of the Ball, and it can take a year or more for the domains to change hands.
