Looking to borrow: Moresca

I know this is early, but I'm trying to have my costume for the ball ready before/near Halloween, so I can unpack after the event and not be stressed for a week.

Since I am looking to borrow something, I figure others might be also. Thus, this thread.

I am looking to borrow a petticoat or hoop (former preferred) that would work for a short girl. Needs to not be ridiculously skinny, but most sizes should be able to work skmehow. Please let me know if you could help!
