Report Website Problems here!

If you run into one of the following problems with the website, please post below to let us know:

* Color, spacing, or formatting is off
* Unable to perform a function (Post, PM, Recap Form, etc.)
* An error message when you try to do something
* Broken links, images, or menu items

Any time you report an issue, please include what OS & Browser you are using, and a screenshot if you can.

I.E. - Windows 7, IE 11; or iOS 8.4, Chrome app, or Android 3.4, Firefox App.

This will help me track it down faster, since I may not see the issue on my own screens unless I use that specific combo.

Please do NOT post about:

* Rules issues
* The content / spelling / grammar on a page

These issues can be sent to the proper Officer (rules@knightrealms.com or webmaster@knightrealms.com), and they will address them.

Land Actions are not a part of the main website - those need to go to Joe Hines at please, as they are a part of that system.

As I fix issues, I will delete them from this list.

Duplicates / Me Toos will be deleted to keep the list short - if it's deleted, it means I saw it and acknowledged it, and will leave the base post for now.

My new topics or replies to forums dont line up and I have to go searching for where exactly the new response is, I should stress this is only on my mobile

Derek, thank you for the screenshot, that helps. I suspect it may be a Tab character being pasted into a post from another source, such as Google Docs or Word, I'll look into it.

Both Firefox and Chrome on Windows 8 seem to display the pictures in the gallery slideshow cut off.

Matt, can you try a flush of your History / Cache, please? I'm having trouble reproducing this one.

This is more of a missing feature than an error, so it may have been intentional, but hovering over topic links no longer shows a preview of the post.

Clicking on a user's name or picture from the messages takes me to the groups page, rather than their profile.

Unable to leave a comment after clicking "Report a Problem"

As Joe noted, emails are being received by some people - the email issue is real, but it's not related to the change in the website (i.e. - changing the tires on your car doesn't cause the spark plugs to fail - they are separate parts of the same larger system).

I highly encourage people to talk to their email providers (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) and let them know they are not receiving mail from Knightrealms.com - we are working on it on our end, but more help from the recipient's side helps, too.

As a reminder, I will delete "Me Too" posts, to keep things easy to track. If you want to confirm an issue, please scroll up and hit "Thank You" on the original issue. (The two-click was reported a while back, I'm still digging into this one...)

Whenever I leave the website, I must log in upon returning, even though I check the appropriate box.

Charlie, that is likely an issue with your browser - you may need to clear your browser's cookies & cache.

Dennis, I'm having trouble tracking this one down - when you log in, are you using the form at the top of the forums, the Login function from the menu, or the login form in the Welcome! block?

Quick Links >Forums >Fill in username and password >Click login >Error message generates >Filling in username and password again >Click login >No issue.

And it doesn't happen all the time. I'd say about 25-33% of the time.
