So the things that come to mind that Tanner may be asking about:
Information about the Blackbird owned by Willie.
Rayvn, the former guardswoman(I don't know her current title)

I'm sure there are other options as well. However, I can't think of any at the moment. If anyone has an easy way of contacting either of the two I mentioned, would you be able to direct them to these missive boards?

He's asking about an actual bird. I definitely understand the inclination to take things as symbolism, but Tanner is a very literal fellow.
