Voting has closed, and I am in the middle of tallying up the votes.
Onto Phase 2:

The Guest List!!
A lot of work and effort was put into this event and we really would appreciate all of your support in making this night a success as we have taken great lengths to make sure there will be plenty of good reasons to attend.  As already stated, I need to give the hotel an exact number of people attending a few days prior to the event. For this reason I ask you all to do the unthinkable, pre-register, at least in the form of a commitment.  You can pay cash at the door, but realize that the hotel makes me purchase everyon’s meal three days prior to the event with no refund, therefore if you do not show up you are still responsible for the fee, and thus will still be eligible for some of the benefits (build skill etc..)

There are only about 3 to 4 weeks until the banquet so check your calendars and schedules. Ask off for work if you have to in advance, to make sure you wont miss this event, because it is truly a very special time for everyone.  Email me at James@knightrealms.com to let me know if you will be attending. Let me know as soon as possible and after I compile a large number of names, Ill create and maintain a current guest list to post here for everyone to see.

Please don’t assume that I know you are coming, click on my e-mail and tell me.

Thanks a lot for all of your support and I look forward to hearing from you all soon. Take care!

I think it would help if there were some details posted such as date, start time, location, etc.  ;)  Thanks

for details.  Also, there is the Banquet page on the main website which will be updated as soon as they become available.

Can we tell you in person at the Ball?

No, because that defeats the purpose of James having a written list he can refer to in his Inbox.  He'll be busy running the Ball when he's at the Ball. ;)

Well the last day will be three days before the ball itself, but please only do that if that is when you can know by.

I was planning on NPCing at the Awards Banquet, do I still need to tell you whether or not I am planning on going?

Chris, the Awards Banquet is an OOG event, there's no NPCing. I think you're thinking of the Masquerade Ball, which you didn't have to preregister for to my knowledge.

Alex,
Chris is a "special" person and he'll be riding the small bus to the banquet.  We'll let him "NPC."

I have been offline for a while and not had a chance to reply to this post...

COME ON ALEX!!! I did not confuse the masquerade ball with the awards ceremony...if anyone is slow it is you...I will be driving the short bus Friday and make sure to pick you up with the other special people...

Ah Roy I can always count on you to put in the appropriate comment, but Rob I expected better and Quags obviously agrees as well!
