1 is a (Arch)bishop of Galladel that was an NPC - I can't remember her NPC's name, though.
8 is a pair of High Elf NPCs that were part of an event I was not at (I think the Ulerog event run by the Blockus Brothers?). I only remember it because the plot was so well done, but I only heard about about it after the event...

7 is a random npc, I know he's been since and can't remember his name, but in that case I believe he really is just playing a random citizen

You know what yeah, that was his name, though I'm not sure if he's playing Teren there or an npc. I thought Teren's costume was a little more enately done then that, and I thought he had a hat.
