As much as it pains me to say this...
The phrase "PM", along with email addresses, do not belong on the In-Game forums.
If you're looking to correspond with someone In-Game, "Write me a letter" or "Send me a message" is far more appropriate, and In-Character than an electronic means of writing someone.
