Thursday April 1'st Re-Organizing the Trailer

On Thursday, April 1st, ill be at Charlies house, re-organizing the trailer, to get it and everything ready for Hickory Run. Im looking for anyone who might happen to not be busy that day to come down and lend me a hand ... If you are interested please send me a PM... Thanks!

You can't fool us that easily... I still have all those left over marbles from the camp clean-up Matt White was allegedly organizing!

I really think it is going to go down that day.  Mike - we all know you and Matt lost your marbles many years ago.

I'm sure James will get a bunch of players in there than shut the door and lock it while laughing maniacally.  That prankster...

All joking aside... I will be there

I guess I will be there/here as well. 

Perhaps a gathering time should be mentioned? 

If it is a nice day, burgers and beer/soda?

If its a nice day well make a mini party out of it.

I would say arrive around noon if you are going to help. I will arrive around 10 and spend two hours getting everything ready for us to work on.

Well be: Cleaning Masks, Washing Costumes, Re-organizing Bins, repairing stuff... stuff like that...

A small handful of people have PMd me to tell me they will show up. I haven't responded, but please just assume its cool and show up '

Here is a general list of the things we will be trying to get done.
____ 1) Wash Costumes (ill need someone to volunteer to drive the costumes to a nearby laundry-mat)
____ 2) Wash Masks (Well do this in the yard)
____ 3) Engrave Gems
____ 4) Make Monastery Box
____ 5) Make Library Box
____ 6) Fix Structure of Trailer Shelves
____ 7) Winterdark Manor Box (Separate from Baron’s Manor)
____ Check all Candles Batteries
____ 9) Check the Latex Weapons. (We are missing a couple, but I think I know who has them)

I dont think its going to be a nice day

Lousy weather will not bother us.

The first floor of the barn will be warm so those organizing the boxes and restocking the trailer will be fine.

The house will be open for those checking batteries and engraving gems.

I have more than enough reading material from any genre for whomever is going to the laundromat.

Local weather for Thursday:  Sunny and 70; of course the ground will still be totally saturated (aka swamp)
