Arrival and Start Time
Everyone please begin arriving around 2pm, as we would like to have everyone signed in and ready to go by 5pm. Please realize that if you show up too close to 5pm, you may have to wait for the beginning in-game announcement ceremony to finish before I can come out and sign you in.

Set-Up Help
I need about 3 to 6 people to volunteer to come to the hall at 11am to help me set up the hall in time to start signing people in at 2pm. Please send me a PM to let me know if you will be there to help set up, so I can expect you. Volunteers will be compensated.

Clean-Up Help
I need exactly 4 people to help clean up. This requires, moving tables, throwing out trash, and cleaning, and most importantly means you will be there helping hard until I leave, many hours after the ball activities have ended. The first four people to post in this thread that they are going to be there and stay to help clean up, will fill those spots. These people will be rewarded very well with build.

if i end up riding up with Will and Mark I'll be with them to help and clean up as well. If I go in chris' car then i dunno >.<

Depends who I am travelling with to/from the ball. If they are okay with it, I will help out where/when I can.

Edit: Question... Is parking going to be handled like last time for the ball?

Parking will be tight. Please car pool if possible, also when you do park, please take care to park close to the car next to you and not in a way that is terribly inefficient for space. Thanks!
