Donations for October

Below is a list of needed donations for the October event. I will be updating this list as time goes on.
x2 SP/Build awarded by dollar value of the requested items (Possible Build Reward). Please Post below or PM me if you are going to bring any of these things.

-Smoke Pots of all sizes. (Color Preference Yellow, Purple and White) (As many as possible.)
-Fog Juice and/or Fog Machines

-Black Fabric (Bedsheets acceptable, at least 15.)

I'll grab you the floodlights. I'm ordering them now so I'm not sure they'll make it for the festival.

You now have one amazing fog machine, as well as 1 gallon of liquid fog.

I can hand them off at the Festival.

Home Depot sells rolls of 10x25 feet black plastic for 9.99 each. Steve will need a grand total of about 6 of these. If you have the ability to donate even one or two, that will help. The great thing about this stuff... is that when were done with it... we can also re-use it to help build the permanent drow caves

For Smoke Bombs, he could mostly use the "Massive" smoke bombs. They are about the size and shape of a small pillar candle and usually comes in packs of 4-5. Of course any smoke bombs will be accepted.

Where can we find the smoke pots you need Steve?

You can find them at most fireworks stores.

I don't have any spell packets to donate, (I had a 50 pack in July and I don't have many left. Am I the only one who shares packets?) However, I do have a website that sells bulk packages of them: www.bradleypackets.com The packets are firm but not painful. I was hoping to maybe test them to see how good they are first but, if you guys want to pool together and buy some, please do. They have a game owner purchase of 1000 packets for 400, specifically for LARP owners. If your just a player, a 1000 packet purchase is 475 (Both are free shipping!) That's about it really.

Don't those use rubber bands? I thought we weren't supposed to use rubber bands on KR packets?

Scissors and a pencil sharpener are easy to get. Also, black fabric would be easy for me to get.

I found this:

Spell packets are bags of cloth, either sewn or tied shut, that are filled with bird seed, rice,
dried beans, or other material that is safe to throw at someone. A spell packet should be large
enough that it cannot easily enter someone's eye socket when thrown, and felt when it hits,
but not so large (or heavy, or dense) that it will leave a welt when it hits.
Spell packets are the caster's equivalent to a physrep for a sword or arrows – it is the caster's
responsibility to carry them, and if they are out, they cannot cast ranged spells (unless they
have a skill or other ability that allows them to without the use of a Spell Packet). Spell
packets may NOT be collected during a hold – this would be analogous to a warrior picking
up a disarmed sword during a hold.
Spell packets should be made from environmentally friendly material, as they are often lost
in the woods when used. It is recommended that you use brightly colored fabric to be able to
easily spot and recover them.

Okay then. I guess I'm gonna need new packets.

Just take the ones you bought and retie them with twine, then remove the rubber band
