New Bought Build (at Events) policy

Previously, at an event, you could purchase one build, and it applied to all PCs that were paid for at that event. Additional bought build applied to only one PC.

This policy is being updated as follows - up to five additional build may be bought at Sign-In, and this additional build will be applied equally to up to Three PCs. Additional build beyond this five may be applied to only one PC.

This change is being made to allow a greater benefit to those who play more than one PC, but also to limit things so that players who focus on one PC are not left out.

For clarification, does this 5bought build count against our bought build total of 100 as laid out in the rulebook?
