If you have a character card problem, first you should submit it using the submit a card problem feature in the database. If the problem that you have seems to be something that requires more immediate human interaction, e-mail charactercards@knightrealms.com and CC james@knightrealms.com. If you are not receiving an answer through this means, please PM, Text, E-mail or call the director (me).
Please do not contact other staff members other than the character card officer or the director. The Technical Officer and the Development Officer are not the correct officers to contact about Characters Card issues. Thanks!
