Wondering how much it would cost to get a basic cloak with hood made out of A velvetty material with a satinesque lining? This would be for a person who is 5'9" and wears large sized womans clothing. 3/4 or full length. With a tie at the throat for closure. PM me if anyone is willing or interested in doing this.
