I have an idea of the type pf character I wanna make. I wanna make a dwarven paladin or fighter that wields a big 2-handed hammer with style of Bombar from the Hobbit

I'm sure we could work out your idea out when you come to the game. Sounds like a cool concept.

However you can't use the title of paladin. As that's an IG title through roleplaying.

That is fine. What kind of foam should I use for the hammer/mallet head

Open cell foam.
