If you check out the
FAQ
under "New Players!" on the left sidebar, you'll find this part way down the page: "The minimum age for members is 14 years of age. Children between the ages of 10 and 14 that are accompanied by an adult are welcome, but must be supervised." So yes, a 14 year old is able to play at Knight Realms.
