Time Zone Update on the server was created by GJSchaller (GJSchaller)

I finally was able to figure out why the time was off on the Forums, and it should be corrected now. More importantly, it should update properly when Daylight Savings Time kicks in / out as needed, without me needing to change it manually.

We'll find out in a few weeks...
