Back in my youth, when real men played football for middle class money at Penn's Franklin Field, the Eagles won the World Championship with a tremendous team including 4 Hall of Famers, one of whom was Chuck (Concrete Charlie) Bednarek the last of the 60 minute men.

I HATE the Eagles, but Concrete Charlie was a pretty bad dude.  Too bad he hates football now, we did some work on his house some time ago and all he would say about todays football players is " Over-paid and Under-played"

And yes Eli never shuts his mouth but thats literally, i just think he doesnt know you acn breath through yourt nose.  I am a giants fan but he is the stupidest looking man ever. 

AND THE PHILLIES WON GAME 1 AGAINST THE BREWERS.  ME SKIMMLES AND WALLY WENT TO THE GAME IN SUPPORT OF OUR TEAM!!!!!!!

Lawrence Taylor while playing , when asked what he thought of Bednarek (who weighed in at 205-210 pounds) said "He could start with us tomorrow."  When asked about what he first noticed as a major difference between playing for Penn (in the days when Penn was a powerhouse) and the Eagles, he replied "The cut in pay."  He was not kidding.

He is very bitter that football never provided adequate pensions for those who paved the way.

Great that you went.  Good excuse for cutting work.  If you are Jewish, any just god would understand, cause Rosh Hashannna comes every year, but the Phils making the playoffs and winning a game...

Hope you three get the same experience I had in 1980.
