Honestly- I thought of a movie when I saw that clip.

Matt Damon rocks.  I liked the video.  She played herself nicely on Monk.  Higher level hijinks.  Its nice to be able to nudge one's friends in sucdh a manner.

It doesn't matter what people refer to themselves as, using such terms can be construed as an insult.  For example, if an African-American refers to another African-American using the 'n' word, that does not give me justification to do the same.  Please edit your post, or I will do it for you.

I must say, Gavin, your allowing a Jew to refer to himself or an acquaintance as a Jew (or, use the term Jew-food, an exact descriptor) while not allowing a goy to employ the same term in a collegial manner is something I find - unfortunate.  Its the same problem I have with black people having license to use a certain perjorative.  Just because one is of a certain ethnic background does not, In my admittedly not humble opinion, bestow the right to employ terms others might find objectionable.  Pity the poor WASPs.

Now, ALex is a sick and twisted SOB by his own admission.   Were I to refer to him as such in a related post, all concerned would know the context and none would take offense.  I think Silverman would be overjoyed to be termed sexy in almost any context, and to have Matt D lampoon his friend by saying he was schtupping her - hilarious.  But then, I too have been accused of having a sick and twisted sense of humor.
