That guy is gifted but given the conversion rate of the US dollar, and the shipping time and cost, he winds up being horribly overpriced. Still, some of the best leather work specifically for larping out there. I especially like his dwarf scale 
I've used his design concept before and even 'borrowed' from his dragon scale armor on more than one occasion (one being a conversion for an orcish armor, worked rather nice in proper colors). He'd definately inspired me!
