Need to borrow/buy arrows

Is there anybody who can lend me some arrows for this weekend?

On a related topic, who here makes arrows, so I can buy some?

I'm also curious if we have any arrow makers in our group of multi-talented people.  PREEMPTIVE BUMP! 

I'm going to say that purchasing pre-made Arrows is going to be your best bet.  The IDV arrows sold by Calimacil and Knighthawk Armory are the safest, sturdiest, and best-constricted things I have seen out there - they certainly beat home-made ones in both safety and durability, hands-down.

Sadly, it looks like both vendors are out of stock at the moment.

I don't know if i'm going to be doing archery as a main thing yet, so I'm somewhat loath to invest $12 an arrow. I'd settle for boffer ATM.

I've a few arrows at home that are legal in another system.  They'd have to be passed here, but if you'd like, I'll bring them with me and if they pass, you can keep them.

I currently have 3 or 4 arrows that I haven't used in rather a while.

Nah... Too little to be split. Take them. I'll find more somewhere else. 

Perhaps I should mention that along with the ones I've already mentioned to you Jenna, I too have I think a half dozen Amtgard legal arrows. Granted they aren't quite as friendly as the ones I've seen at Calimacil, they are legal in a system that uses bows of up to 35 lbs and have lasted for about 2 years. (Took one apart the other day and they are still 100% as intact as the day I made them).

If they pass at KR, we can figure something out about those as well. If not, you can still take them to construct them in a manner more conducive to KR's standards.

Actually, thanks to a major donation from an anonymous green benefactor, I now have something like 17 shafts. Gabe, go ahead and take the ones they were offering here. Thanks everyone who helped out!
