Is this function gone with the changes to the website, or am I just missing it somewhere?

It was broken with the switch over but if I recall will be coming back eventually.

Sam nailed it in one. It's one of the remaining bugs / issues I'm waiting on a software developer to fix - it will be coming back once I have a way of getting it to work without losing all of the current pics and their text.
