James has asked that you check with him before heading to the camp, so he knows to expect you. Did you coordinate a time before heading over?

No. I told James that I was coming on Monday and in the last message he sent me he said, "Sounds great. Thanks." I didn't know I had to coordinate a time. I thought other people were going to be here.

There have been things to be done at the camp after 3pm, I wouldn't worry about it. It's really just for James and the individual in question to coordinate.
