So here's a riddle for you lovely people.

I have a gem that looks, smells, and acts very much like a diamond, yet when is this gem not a diamond?

When it bears absolutely no markings indicating it as any sort of jewel what so ever.

Does anybody know what to do with this jewel? I'd like to think that it is valuable in game but have no idea because i can't tell it's value out of game.
