Market Faire Meals was created by geezer
In addition to my usual summer fare of smoked meat and cheese sandwiches, along with pie, I will be introducing what is known as a "Greek Salad," though where the name originates is beyond my ken. It will consist of the following:
Goat Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Green pepper
Roasted Red pepper
Sweet red onion
Marinated artichoke hearts
marinated mushrooms
tomato
Cucumber
three varieties of basil
All marinated for two days in a balsamic vinegarette.
The price will vary per the serving size.

The Rabbit in me will insist on having a serving of this. Sounds delightful.

I'm pretty sure that's a dish from the island of Meire. I'll be sure to try some. Thanks for the rarity Edwin.

Sounds delicious. What flavor of pie will you be offering this month?
