I received a few questions about our scabbard, so here's all the info you might need:

All our scabbard are lined with velvet to make sure they don't damage the weapon's finish.

The main difference between the two kind of scabbards is the kind of leather used and the treatment it gets:

- vegetable-tan leather, hard-boiled, hand tinted: 60$
- chrome tan supple leather: 35$

We do have scabbards that fit all swords and scimitar models. And we also have frogs to fit flanged maces and war hammers.

Can/Do you make a similar ring for axes and maxes?  or can they fit in your scabbards?

Depending on the model of the ax or mace, some will fit in the frogs... Otherwise, I guess we can come up with something that will fit...

I have enough requests to put us solidly into the 10% discount range, and we're about $300 short of 15% off.  If 2 or 3 more people want in, we can get an even better discount!

I'll be compiling a spreadsheet with how much everyone owes, and will PM you with the amount the weekend before the Feb. event.  You have until that Sunday (Feb. 24th) to get an order in with me.

Because I get an incentive (in credit towards a custom sword) for managing the group order, I am going to pay for shipping for everyone in on this order.

(Plus, this will make the math a heck of a lot easier when I total things up, since shipping won't be known until it ships.)

For those that ordered, it looks like they SHOULD be here in time for the 1st April event, barring a snafu with the shipping company.

A few people still owe money, or partial payments - please don't forget to bring them to the April event!

I just got an update from Ateliers Nemesis, the order will hopefully be shipping this week, but the customs paperwork may slow it down a bit.  The good side of this is that this is why we're not paying taxes / import fees on it.

I'll post here as soon as I have any more information.

The order has shipped!  After some unfortunate delays, the package is on its way from Canada to Manhattan.  It's being shipped Express, so with a bit of luck it'll show up in my office before the Anniv. event - otherwise, the May event for sure.
